Palm Beach County · Jupiter
Jupiter's golf and waterfront backyards were built for entertaining, and most sit inside a gated community with an approval board — we design the outdoor space and take that off your plate.
From Admirals Cove to the Loxahatchee Club, most of Jupiter's homes are 1990s–2000s builds inside gated golf and waterfront communities, and the backyard is where they live. We build the whole outdoor room — a summer kitchen with the grill and refrigeration, a fire feature, pergola footings for shade, and a paver floor that pulls the seating areas, the pool and the water view into one space.
The catch in Jupiter is the architectural review board. Nearly every community here has one, and it decides the materials, the layout and often the structures you are allowed to add. We prepare the ARB submittal with the outdoor-kitchen spec, the pergola drawings and the paver palette so it clears the first time, then pull the Town of Jupiter permit for the gas, electric and plumbing.
On the water — the Intracoastal, the inlet, the canals — salt drives the material choices. We spec stainless components and sealed pavers, set the pergola or pavilion on proper footings for the wind, and coordinate the trades so the kitchen, the lighting and the fire feature all work together.
Most Jupiter outdoor-living projects run through a community architectural review board before the Town permit — we manage both, and set pergola and pavilion footings to the community and wind-code requirements.
Yes — that is a standard part of the job here. We prepare the ARB package (outdoor-kitchen spec, pergola drawings, paver palette and layout), get the community sign-off, and only then order material and pull the Town of Jupiter permit for the gas, electric and plumbing.
Yes. We set the footings to the wind code and the community rules, then build the outdoor kitchen and seating area under it. Bring us the ARB guidelines and we spec a structure that meets them while still looking custom to your home.
They will. We spec stainless components and sealed pavers for the salt air, and because the floor is individual units over a compacted base, any section that ever settles by the water can be lifted and reset with no visible patch.
It depends on the scope, materials and site prep, which is why the on-site visit and written estimate are free and itemized. Financing through Wisetack is available so the budget does not decide the timeline.
